SCAM I answered the call on my headphones: The caller took some time to speak and said something about O2 Because I was walking with my mobile in my pocket, random numbers were being pressed. The caller called me a bitch and told me not to keep pressing numbers. He continued to call me a bitch and to stop pressing numbers....I was i no hurry, and he was getting more annoyed and abusive. I have just received a call from this number from someone saying they were from vodaphone and that I was to be offered a new handset. I did not listen to the rest of the story as i suspect it was a scam. I cut the call and checked the number immediately. It appears not to be listed as a scam number but beware.

SCAM Called by this number early today. Female with a strong Indian accent, said she was from Vodaphone and offering me a new contract. I cut the call short as I was busy with other things. I check after revealed the number is registered to Hutchinson 3G UK / Three UK. VERY unlikely that Vodaphone would be calling to renew my contract via a Three mobile phone. Number blocked, DANGEROUS SCAMMER for sure.

Automated message saying I have unauthorized transactions of £300 and £1100 (but not on what account), and to press '1' to talk to customer support (scammer).......number blocked

Phone call offering me a new phone and contract with massive savings. When I asked question that the caller was not prepared for or on her script she became very confused. I gave her false information about my phone, contract cost and provider and asked more questions that she could not answer she hung up. Number now blocked.

Scammers: Call from what sounded like an Indian call centre telling me I was going to get a 40% discount on my O2 bill.
