They will call you on whatsapp as whatsapp is known for being annonymous and their profile picture on whatsapp is some random model to make you want to pickup somw type of phone bill scam/fraud/SOME sort of scam 100% definatley DO NOT pickup if you are called by this number

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.

Ebay scam: you've allegedly purchased an expensive item which will be sent to a Manchester address. This number is the "ebay " assistance in case of problems etc.

SCAM 07475558143 called and did not leave a number. I don’t know anyone in Russia so this must be dangerous.

Claims to be BT openreach technical department. couldn't confirm account holder name. wanted me to use laptop or computer to check speeds. Told him I had done that already this morning and was quite happy with it but he was insisting I tried it on my computer or laptop. I was apparently overpaying for the speed i was getting and should be refunded.?!?!? hung up at that point, I couldn't be bothered listening anymore.

I thought I would go along with it (I'm not with O2) because the longer they are on the phone to me, they aren't scamming someone else. Sent me through to the supervisor who said they would send me two text messages, one to put my details in and another with the discount code. Was called by number claiming to be PPI payment I was due ,said they needed a payment voucher of over £100 to process claim and in return come collect voucher and give me cheque gor 2.5k .phoned 4 times persistent to see if I have got voucher to collect .complete scam.dont fall for it and report it

SCAM - Unsolicited call stating they spoke to me ages ago and implied I'd agreed to sponsor books for local school. Very slick, found out where my child goes and said 'headmaster will call you yo thank you'......then start pressurising payment over the phone and calling back daily. More needs to be done to shut these types of scammer down!!!
