You end up cannot sleeping once this organisation gets sold your telephone number but you just cannot stop these people automating calls by a computer to keep you awake and deprived of your sleep!

They have rung me 4 times in the last 3 days but do not leave a message when the answer machine kicks-in. Don't ring them back. 0844 calls cost money. If it is a genuine caller they will stay on the line or leave a message.

Typical call center that tell you they are doing a survey that will save you money. Trouble is, once you answer their questions you ll be bombarded with other calls from companies connected to the answers you have given. Just tell them that you ll not be answering any of their questions and listen to them squirm and try and get you to answser some.

This company keeps phoning about debt recovery and has aggressive tactics, but they are based at "The Kingsway", Swansea. I have contacted Trading Standards in Swansea to have this company investigated with view to private prosecution for harrassment
