Not from BT at all. Told me they were shutting off my internet connection. I am not with BT so this was clearly not true. Caller had very strong subcontinent accent and was almost unintelligible. Hang up.
I missed this call and because it's a local call I called back and heard ' your call is important to us' in an American accent!

They called me once, I messaged to ask who it was and they never responded. I would ignore this number completely.
