I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. This number has called me repeatedly over the last 10 days at least 4-5 times a day. They are trying to sell me a subscription for puzzle books. After the usually no not interested & where did you get my number from in x-directory to now not answering it. I ve told TPS but the calls keep coming. So I now got so fed up with them that I answer the phone by saying a different fast food takeaway chain & asking them if they want to place an order- that confuses the hell out of them.
