Foreign speaking lady asked to speak to my father by name, informed her he died 16yrs ago. She continued talking about shares he had etc. I asked her to send me details and how she got my phone No. She said it wasn’t possibly because she has hundred of people on her books. Didn’t catch how she got my number, but she also knew my address. Think it is a scam. How low can they stoop.

An automated female voice, purporting to be from Amazon, said I had ordered an iPhone and should press 2 if I wanted to talk to someone.

SCAM - the caller called my private mobile number and asked for someone else. When I responded that I did not know the person asked for, the caller wanted me to give my name, address, date of birth, marriage status so that he could "verify that I was not the person he was demanding to speak to". When I refused he bEcame very aggressive and stated that this was a legal requirement and I could be prosecuted. FRAUDULENT SCAMMER - AVOID THIS CALLER

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. I had a phone call from this number 01851810648, asking me to press 1 to accept a purchase on Amazon. DO NOT PRESS any numbers SCAM!!!

Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!
