They re trying to sell you hold music and messages for your phone system. They claim they work with suppliers associated with your company and state they want to work on a big project with you and your supplier. Obviously a lot of Google bashing goes on before they phone you. They refuse to speak to anyone or tell you anything unless they re speaking to the owner / managing director of the company. Universal Servicing (noisy UK Call Centre) rang to ask if I still had a several-years-old Kirby, because I could have a discounted annual service. Told them I'd already had my annual service in December and she said they'd update the records. Had the discounted service from my regular service engineers who warned me that another company was trying to muscle-in on their patch. How did they know I had a Kirby?
