I received this from Royal Mail, saying I should go online and reschedule a parcel that was tried to be delivered. But I have no recollection of ordering a parcel.

SCAM Received a voicemail today from this number - 02039667956 - saying that my Amazon Prime account has been compromised and that I have been charged £350. I don't have an Amazon Prime account. It then gives the option to cancel the order by pressing 1 or go through to Amazon Fraud team by pressing 2. This number has been used for a previous scam which came up on the FCA website claiming to be a different company (when I entered the number into google that's how I found this bit of information).

Claims to be BT technical regarding illegal use of broadband band and a threat to disconnect. It’s not it fake. Also calls from other numbers in completely different locations.
02030858181 phoned my mobile. Automated message claiming to be from HMRC and they had a claim against me and that I had to press 1 to speak to my case officer. SCAM
