Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. This number just called me and a robotic voice stated that there is a fraud charge registered by HMC under my name and if I do not answer the call I will get arrested shortly. This is not the behaviour of HMRC. Something needs to be done about these thieves.
