Another unwanted phonecall from a company based in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. Apparently I have had an accident. At this point I put the phone down.

I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. Scam, text to speech answerphone message, telling me HMRC have a fraud case against me and police are on their way unless I pressed 1, to deal with it.

I also bought these spacesaver bags and was consequently charged 99.99 by free time holidays.I contacted TSB fraud dept straight away and they refunded the money within ten minutes I never recieved a brochure or a phone call.Surely something should be done by somebody to stop these awful people.
