Scam call, sounded like a foreigner in a call center and wouldn't answer who he was when asked, then hung up.

I believe this to be a scam as it left a part recorded message about bank transfers or purchases to amazon and another firm £5000 and £11,000 if this is not correct please press 1.........fortunately my answer machine can't do that.

SCAM asked to phone a number as pan phone won't work definitely not a family member.

This guy is a scammer. You pay a ‘deposit’ then he hits you with the ‘delivery fee’ that’s was never mentioned. He’s not even in your local area.

SCAM claimed to be Tony from Carphone Warehouse but my andriod identified the caller as Al Kareem, a legitimate company, so they are using their number to think they are legit. Unless you use Al Kareem block this number

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. Sent an unsolicited text containing an unsupported file type that couldn't be viewed. Can't prove its harmful but definitely seems dodgySCAM

After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.

Scam : This number called to let me know about winning £1000 towards Center Parks break. Female asked for bank details where money can be paid but when I requested to call me back because I needed to check my details she hang up.

Claimed to be from RBS credit card fraud in relation to an SMS NHS Covid phishing attempt on my phone. Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.

The person calling me told me that someone made a transaction of 2000 euros from my bank and wanted me to give him my data. I hanged up

Fraud Suspect? received call at 10:15 am 15/5/23. checking on 2 Card transactions which may be fraud. This number I did not recognised as pertaining to my own banker numbers. I hung up phone.
