has phoned 3 times today and each time has asked for a different name , and only once got my name right , when asked what they where calling about said that it was to do with am online enquiry that I have supposedly made , but when asked again what it was about even though they had verified my name as the person they wanted to speak to they said that they could not divulge that information at the moment so , told they in plain English where they could go , although this looks like a Manchester area code the

Asked her to spell her name "genffer dalton" (she could not spell it correctly). Knew my name!! When asked her to repeat a question she said "you an idiot" and disconnected, which proved to me that it was not a "professional" call.

Scam - Automated message - tried to suggest my Internet had been used for illegal purposes and was due to be disconnected. Hung up.
Asked if I was still the owner of a car and read out a registration number. I asked who they were and she said they were the manufacturer trying to contact me about a recall; I told them to write to me and she said they had but I hadn't replied. Then asked for my email so they could send me a Customer Satisfaction Survey about the call. I didn't believe them as I keep getting these calls fishing for information so I don't answer anything personal.
