Hassling me about "My PPi Claim" I askied where he got my number from-he said it came through because I hadn t filed my PPI claim. I insisted that was rubbish as I ve never taken PPI. He was very aggressive and pushy. I hung up after a bit of level 4 swearing at him!

This number called me after I had placed a request for a tradesperson to do some work for me. His accent sounded very artificial as if it wasn’t his normal accent. He may have been genuine but I don’t think he was. It is showing as a number from Russia and I live in the UK. He said he would come this evening to look at the work that need to be done. He would not take any details about where I live but wanted me to text them to him. I have read that 0738 is associated with scam calls so did not text.

Called my mobile 5-1-2017. No message left. Tried to call back from with-held landline, this number doesn't accept calls from with-held numbers.

The fact that I am registered with TPS and they shouldn t be calling me in the first place seems to be beside the point. I ve just had phone call from this number from company called CLC, regarding to my survey I did in March...2016. After confirming my answers I was awarded with free family holidays in one if the resorts in Tenererife or Orlando. My expenses would be only flight cost. To get the confirmation on paper by post I was transfered to other person. The other person wanted confirm my answers in survey and after that I was offered discount on the site with Scottish holidays :P
