Possible life Insurance scam, someone called me about life insurance and that terms had changed and i should move my policy to one of their others as i may not get any payout at the end of policy,they knew insurance provider, name d.o.b address,,this may well be real but i was not taking a chance as they sounded asian ( Sorry if this offends but most scammers seem to be asian etc,) ended call and blocked number, im sure my insurance company woud send me a letter advising me anyway.

This is not the case and this company has no affiliation with Microsoft. It is a scam to get your credit card info and gain access to your computer. Run a separate Google search and ring Microsoft’s real helpline number if this happens to you. If you’ve already given them access to your computer ring Action Fraud.
