Cold telephone called my 88yr old aunt. Left her anxious and worried about whether she had ordered anything or not. I spent time on the phone to ensure there was no order placed. Not only wasted my time but caused so much worry to her. No apology just, oh! we will remove the telephone number from our listing. What gives these people the right to invade older folks privacy.

Redialling the number I am told that I was contacted by Ethicall, found their details online which read "Based in Bristol, we run both national and local campaigns for charities large and small.
