Called twice claiming to be from BT (we are not even on BT) and saying that there is a problem with our internet connection. Hung up and the same guy phoned back asking why I hung up...so I hung up again!!

No reason for this call, wouldn't normally answer but expecting a call from a plumber.
Another call from Shirley (automated message). Pressed 1 to see what the jokers want this time. My internet connection has been compromised - what a surprise! They were on the ball enough to tell me they were calling from BT's head office in Newgate Street, however when I invited them to email the issue, they hung up immediately.
