I did not recognize this number, so I decided to let it go to voicemail. Needless to say they did not leave a message. Looking at the previous comments, it was the correct thing to do by ignoring the call. My motto is ... if it is important/legit then they will leave a message.

Clear scam. they have called 9 times in 48 hours, they knew who provided my services which was great as i actually work for my ISP. asking for different people in the property when they speak to me they ask for a Mrs Wilson, when my husband answers they ask for a Mr Wilson. Female caller with asian accent claiming to be from BT. She said they were going to disconnect my internet as they have been receiving messages showing it is infected with malware via facebook. I pointed out I don t have facebook and have anti-virus software. She eventually hung up.
