This is a a scammer number. I got a text and traced back to another number 07831530840 it's a landline number from Nizhniy Novgorod region, Russia
I'm guessing spam - didn't let them get far to find out as I kept quizzing them about who they were and never confirming who they are supposed to be talking to. Said they were from a company called something like brnza (couldn't quite understand the accent) saying they want to email me something on behalf of Dell and they read out an email address they wanted me to confirm (which of course I wouldn't). I basically said this call is unauthorised, I refuse you to email me anything and do not call me again.
Fraud - received an SMS saying it was from the NHS and I'd been in close contact with someone who has COVID and to order a test from a link in the SMS. Stupidly, I clicked on the link, and entered card details for Postage of a PCR. RBS got in touch and cancelled the card, although 2 large transactions had been attempted. DO NOT CLICK ANY LINKS IN ANY SMS OR ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.

An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. Part of a block-dialing network usually starting with 020 8058 xxxx, phone rings, if you answer call is hung up. No doubt part of a vile scammer outfit using auto-dialers - I get 020 8058 calls a couple of times a month.
