This is a Scam - automatic dialer call that rings off immediately on being answered. They rely on you to call back and charge a premium rate.
I just got copped by a girl from this number, saying that my life insurance policy is due for renewal(without even having one), and after telling her I don't have one she just hung up on me . She just knew my name, without the surname. I first knew it was a scam call after I answered like a connection through internet was done(like a "click")the one you don't get with a usual call from a normal number. Blocked the number anyway. Can't believe what people are capable these days just for Robery.

Only your provider can interrupt your service, not an OUTSIDER. Don't, tell anyone who you are with.. Your Providers do not ring you.
