Cold telephone called my 88yr old aunt. Left her anxious and worried about whether she had ordered anything or not. I spent time on the phone to ensure there was no order placed. Not only wasted my time but caused so much worry to her. No apology just, oh! we will remove the telephone number from our listing. What gives these people the right to invade older folks privacy.

I asked where they got my details from and he started talking about people reporting reception problems this morning! When pressed, he just hung up. I rang the number back, and got an answer machine message saying they were MJ Recruitment!
