First Assist from York called today, Asked to speak to me (using my FULL NAME), asked who was calling! He said his name David and calling from First Direct and ringing about the injuries I received in the accident I had last year . . cut him short to ask him for his mothers phone number, he ask why. Also sent a text with a numerical code during the conversation which came up in the O2 column of messages.
