SCAM - I believe this number to be part of a convincing scam! Caller claimed to be from 'Motor Assess' regarding a recent accident. Interestingly I had a minor touch in my car yesterday and exchanged insurance details, so I thought was related, but the individual I was speaking to didn't quite seem convincing and couldn't give me any details, I googled 'motor assess' whilst speaking to him, with no trace of the company! The person I was talking to was persuasive and persistent!

Almost certainly a scam call. Automated message referring to apple ipad, amazon and wishing to make some refund. Did not press their required number and the call cut off rather repeat their message which is more likely in such cases. Suggest that people ignore!

Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month. Caller stated they were from Amazon. Claimed I had been charged £80.99 on Amazon account. Caller wanted to check account details to stop the charge. Ver persistent. I hung up.
Fraud. Recorded voice claimed to be Amazon Prime and said I had been charged 79.99 and if that wasn't me to press 1 on my phone keypad. As Prime is actually £79 for a year, I terminated the call and blocked the number.
