These are spammers wanting you to sign into your laptop and follow their instructions. I had them on the phone for 20 mins winding them up. Actually swore at me. Getting about 3 a day from them.

It gives you a link to click on, pretending to be Royal Mail. Why would anyone click on an unknown link, it is defo not Royal Mail, I checked with them.

have been harrassed by callers from this number for the last few days. its always a foreigner who apparently has an english name. have repeatedly been told to take me off their database ( as are potential scammers) and not call again ive had 3 calls today and they need to be stopped
This company is JMK Technical Services base in Brooklyn NY in the US, but is also based in India. Claim to be endorsed by Mcafee for anti- virus support, but I telephoned Mcafee and they had never heard of them. Do not pay them for support, it is a scam.
