BUT SOMEONE SHOULD CALL THEM BACK AND PRETEND TO BE SOME INDIAN ACCENT TALKER OR JUST GET BACK AT THEM THE SAME WAY THEY DO TO YOU! US! These are a health insurance company. Pretty good, dont usually bombard with phone calls and dont leave loads of voicemail messages

Scam re Amazon account.

Had a call saying they are a University Survey company that reviews student uni experience, knew my full name and uni that I attended, went on for about 15 minutes asking to rate my experience out of 10 etc. Not sure if legit or scam, but even then dont know what they would do with the info I provided

This is the negative balance team from Paypal (See https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Subscriptions/Paying-an-outstanding-recurring-payment/td-p/1000315 as an example). This team will call Paypal customers if a payment on their account has been paid by paypal but not by the funding source, creating a negative balance. The account holder has 45 days to deal with the issue, before Paypal go to the funding source to ask for the money on a "Chargeback" basis. Legitimate caller if you have a paypal account
