This is aqua credit card. They called because I had attempted to make a large transaction. They asked me if I made that transaction and two other recent transactions. They knew who the transactions were with and for how much, and the caller addressed me by name. Basically, I’m convinced it was really them. To verify they were talking to me, I was asked for the first line of my address and postcode, my date of birth and the first two letters of my memorable information.
68, could barely understand the guy but gathered it was some kind of accident help line and he wanted to know about the recent accident I was involved in. I tod him that unfortunately I had died in that accident. Surprisingly he hung up!!
