I get 4 to 5 calls each day for weeks ftom this number please how do I stop them?

I have just received a call from this number, there was obviously someone on the other end of the line, they just hung on for a few seconds and then put the phone down on me.

two calls a day for last thee days, silent on answering on all but fourth call,seemed to be about finance, asked them not to call again.
