During the night I was woken by my phone ringing, it was 2am. When I answered it, there was nobody there, I was very shaken by this as I immediately thought something was wrong in the family as it was so late. I when along with the charade of the call and got through to a 'supervisor' who spoke to me by name. That was when I unleashed my tirade of abuse - f and c words. It always does the trick - they soon go away. Its very cathartic - I recommend it.

Then said he'd email him. Could I give his email address (Nope). Said he was welcome to use our "sales@" email address, but wanted to send to me, personally (Nope). Was probably only to see if we wanted to switch electric supplier... Yawn.
