Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2079460xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre dealing with PPI, accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
This number phoned saying they were going to send me a check for money I was owed for PPI but could I just read and sign the forms they would send. Didn’t even have my right address. Blocked number
This number, 01223660041, rang my mobile and I declined the call. Then I immediately received a missed call text from a different number, 01515249700. I called both back yo see who had called and both had the same identical message, sounding like "thanks for calling fresh contacts. Please wait for next agent" at which point I terminated my call.
Didn t answer, but understand it is Scottish Power who I am just leaving since they have put their prices up a lot.

Had a call from a Withheld Number, so I asked who was calling and they replied that they were calling about the 2 free checks we were entitled to on our solar panels on behalf of Green Levy. I asked lots of questions and they were a bit evasive. I keep asking about any costs and they insisted it was free and that someone would look at our panels and then go into the loft to check the inverter and also check for fire safety!
