Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. This particular number, when Googled, is in a long, long list of Vietnamese (?) numbers so may not be a Birmingham one.
All the numbers from this range 020794609xx are used by the same call centre dealing with insurance marketing - car accident. If you say you have had no accident, they mostly hang up the phone and that's it... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.
