SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. Fraud. A recorded voice told me that my visa card was being used to purchase something in the region of £600. I was supposed to press '1' but the voice didn't say what for!! I tried calling the number but it doesn't exist. Beware!

SCAM. Male caller speaking very fast and claiming to be from Microsoft. My wife answered (caller asked for her by name), realised it was the usual rubbish and hung up. Very annoying.
Silent call. I answered the call, saying hello several times. Nobody answered, then the call disconnected. Number is supposedly from London area and there is no reason why anyone from there would phone me.
Lady spoke to me regarding setting up a date for British Gas to install a new smart meter, I told her to get British gas to send me a message to my email address, she said "no problem thanks for your time " So far no email !! SCAM !!

Asian guy called claiming to be from the National Grid and wanted my details, including DOB, saying that power in my area was getting shutdown. An obvious SCAM.
This number is being used for a scam. This number called claiming to be the bank & said two large payments had been drawn from my account- one for Amazon & one international payment . I ended the call without pressing any phone keys, then phoned my bank on a trusted number: they said my account was fine & the call had been a scam.
Scammer Scum. Indian voice stating from o2, clearly not. Asked the usual scammer questions, strung the idiot out for as long as I could be bothered for a laugh, then told him where to go. Blocked number and reported.
