Received a call from this number very noisy background, asked if I had claimed my PPI refund which on average would be about £2200. I told the caller I did not have this insurance she said I didn't understand, I would have had it as the Banks hid the protection. I told her that it must have been detailed in paperwork for it to have been charged again she told me it wouldn't as it was hidden.
