Friendly number, an operator that he was previously on the phone with told him that my number was the person trying to place an order. So he called the wrong number and was a very funny man, not scam or spam.

Fraud - I think. A male with I think and Asian accent called from this number. He asked for me by name and said he was calling from Microsoft then asked if I was the main user of the computer in my hone. I asked "Which Computer is that then?" and he hung up. Another number check site has lots of people checking this number and it appears to be from various different places so I think it must be an attempt to access a persons computer or something like that.

Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. Automated call purporting to be Amazon Prime reminding me of my subscription of £79.99 is due to be taken from my bank account. This account is in my daughters name, also if I want to speak to someone it said to dial 1, which I did and got an Asian sounding voice. When I tried to explain she cut me off. It is my belief that this is a scam call.

Comes up as suspected spam. Guy with an Indian accent said he was calling from a South African call centre on a Manchester landline! Claims he works for a company called UK Tariff that finds out if you're paying too much for your broadband or finds better deals. Thing is this so called company harasses with calls like 24/7 from different numbers most of the day. Hoping you're gullible enough to get to the part where you hand over your bank details. Best way is to report and block if it flags as spam.

claimed to be for life insurance and trying to offer me plans, when trying to call them out for sending me a letter, they claim i was over reacting and thinks i didnt go on the site when i clearly didnt and i aint interested in life insurance. Annoying as heck and just need to stop

Went through all the comments, I found some painful, while some were funny. My conclusion is most people can still get scammed just because they can’t read in- between the lines. I’ve be victimized. Now I have a resident expert and a professional hacker who helped me recover my funds and so far, it had been worth it. Hackers easily know a bitcoin scam.
