Seemed like a scam to me. Automatic message said there were suspicious charges againt my bank account and invited me to press 1 to cancel these charges. Banks don't work like that.

Received a call from so called Jennifer on 07305 705575 and again from 07594 619283 introducing me to their website https://coinstats.app/portfolio/transactions/. coinstats.app wanted me to pay in a percentage of my "supposed fortune", that had been accumulated on this site unknown to me, so that this account could be re-activated as the money had been sitting there untouched for so long (3 years). I have hsd this message on answer phone several times over the last couple of months. It says someone has tryed to take £300 out of my amazon account and transfer £1,200 to another country and wants me to contact them. I check my account and no money has gone. They are conmen looking to get my bank detailes.

SCAM Same old insurance refund scam

Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.

Man with Asian accent said he was calling from Virgin Media about my internet connection. He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection and I'm convinced that this was a scam call so I'm rating as dangerous.

SCAM 769256245 is the number dialled when I tried to voice call the sender of a Phishing scam text message claiming to be from "RoyalMail" which contained a dodgy link to arrange delivery of a fictional "Bezos Limited" parcel. The text was forwarded to NCSC Phishing Reports on 7726.

Foreign speaking lady asked to speak to my father by name, informed her he died 16yrs ago. She continued talking about shares he had etc. I asked her to send me details and how she got my phone No. She said it wasn’t possibly because she has hundred of people on her books. Didn’t catch how she got my number, but she also knew my address. Think it is a scam. How low can they stoop.

Claimed to be from the "promotional department" of my network provider O2 and they can offer me a 40% discount on my bill. When I asked how much this would be, they said they do not have my contract in front of them and "that we work with all the major networks". I am neither with o2 or have a contract....SCAM Fraud

A young man, purporting to be from a home insulation firm, said he was calling those in my postcode area to discuss insulation. When I demanded that he tell me the post code he politely rang off. Very dodgy, in my view

Hid my number and called back. The phone was answered and it was about Sky scanner about booking flights that I did not initiate. SCAM.
