Same experience - missed calls and when you ring back there is a message saying number not recognised. My father also had a call from this number - my father asked sternly ‘who are you’ and they rang off immediately.
Two missed calls (which I deliberately did not answer). Rang the number from a PABX line (my number withheld) and guess what... The number you have called is not in service.
