Called me twice stating he was from Microsoft and stated our computer was being hacked. on the second call he shouted, "Have I tried to sell you something... NO!!!!! Have I asked you for your bank account or for money... NO!!" I was very angry and gave him some nice new words to look up. There is no way he was a specialist from Microsoft!

SCAM Had a number of calls recently offering a new iPhone. I don't use or like Apple products so they are wasting their time. 2 calls yesterday from 01208 247201 - missed the 1st, but they rang again withing seconds. As suspected, another iPhone scam call. That block of numbers is owned by Franzcom Telecoms in Bodmin, Cornwall. Something needs to be done to prevent these foreign scammers spoofing UK telephone numbers.

This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. They rang to say they are reducing the cost of my homecare cover and including plumbing and electricity repairs. All I need to do is amend my Direct Debit. This is a company scamming customers as they had all me details.

Was called by this number which was automated. Informing me that my Amazon Prime was being renewed and that money would be taken from my bank account and to press 1 to speak to the Service Manger. Assess this as a Scam as I do not have Amazon prime.

I answered a call from this number. The person claimed to be called James from a company called Relief Energy. So far as I can determine, there is no official record of any such company, making me certain that it is a scam.

SCAM Got a call just now from 020 8089 6127 by a South African sounding woman, saying she was from a company called Teabag, and she went on the say I understand you have defrauded out of money on-line and want to get it back. When I asked how she got my name and phone number she hung up.

Missed call so rang back to find out what the call was all about. Had some rude Asian man answer the phone who told me my loan application had been APPROVED......Interesting because I hadn't made one with 'Now Loan' I proceeded to ask questions...this irritated the idiot on the phone who SHOUTED at me! This number tried to call me twice. I don’t know who they are. I did not answer the first time, the second time I made my boyfriend answer and they hung up on him as soon as he said hello. I then messaged them saying “who is this?” They responded at midnight saying “He’ll be there in the morning to meet you, code on the gate is the same. Get to bed!” I blocked their number as soon as they sent that message. It has really freaked me out and I’m scared that someone is going to come to my house.

01202627797 called today. It was automated and said they were from Visa fraud team. They were holding a payment of £800 (and something) pounds which was a suspicious payment on a gambling site in America. I was told to press 1 if this wasn't me and to be connected to the fraud team. Obviously I just hung up, searched the number which didn't come up with anything, I checked my bank accounts and rang the bank's fraud number. As I thought, it was a scam.
