Even though it is a message from a local number, this appears to be a banking scam -
This number has called frequently - apparently from British Gas but calls seem to come from an Indian call centre. Never leave a message and calls are a nuisance.

Crown gas and Power (energy supplier in Heywood, bury, UK) phoned at 15:33. Answer machine took the call, nobody spoke and they hung up. they are not my energy supplier, so they were cold calling.
Telemarketing called twice in 10 mins, first was just a dead line, 2nd was a person trying to book review of our website, said it would take about 20 mins. kindly refused their offer. Call area code is Kelso but the caller said they were based in Luton
Keep getting missed calls from this number. Suspect it is someone doing market research on behalf of motor vehicle dealers (i.e. not affiliated to any particular manufacturer). Adding to my list of blocked numbers as I never signed up to this.
