I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. I was contacted by this number who said they were Carphone Warehouse and I was due an upgrade on my phone. I felt the telemarketer was very friendly but was very pushy. Repeating my details over and over. He then had to phone back to say that my address wasn t on their system and that I needed to phone Orange and update even though I have lived at my address for 34 years and had 3 Orange contracts. Needless to say I told them not to bother.
