Well spoken scammer who will try to trick you into giving out personal details. Didn't know my name. Claimed to be from Local Energy Supplier which has got to be one of the laziest, crappiest made up authority names I've ever heard. Will hang up the instant he realises it's not going anywhere.

Suspect it's Cognism or similar checking they have the correct mobile numbers for contacts they're selling. Ask for you by first name, then when you say it's you, they say a random surname and then claim they must have a wrong number.

I keep receiving messages in quick succession on my landline answer machine (8 this morning so far). They are clear until the company name is stated, when it becomes muffled. Having looked at the reviews, the calls seem to come from Talk Talk (can hear it is a busy call centre in the background), but I am with BT and have never had any dealings with Talk Talk!

This number has been calling for well over a year. If you pick up its not answered but sounds like something may happen like a message. I don't wait for that I hang up before. If you try to hang up what dialling, it doesn't work!! Bastards, but OK it's a freephone number but it doesn't do anything useful just block it. It's a waste of battery.

Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. This number 01133100118 which shows as Leeds rang me & offered to beat my network provider by 30% without knowing who i was with, 5 minutes later the same man (john) rang me again with the same offer, this time the number 01143560006 came up as Sheffield. Leeds to Sheffield in less than 5 minutes is pretty fast so i think these numbers are being spoofed from a computer.
