As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

He told me the usual nonsense about my computer but I told him that I was not interested as I had got rid of my computer because of these scam phone calls. I told him in no uncertain terms not to bother me again.

I was getting consistent calls from another number in the same area as this one which I blocked yesterday, and now today I’ve already had two calls from this number in the same area. This phone number, alond with several mobile numbers, keeps ring me saying they are from HMRC stating that legal action is bout to be instgated aginst me. Total fraud and a scam. They are all CROOKS. Was rung by this number - automatic voice message regarding my supposed visa account having no money in it, £95 aparantly taken. Cut off the call. Checked banking - no such issue. Scam call. Hard as its a local number so elderly when seeing number would possibly assume local bank.

Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

SCAM 01209707750 Redruth, Cornwall. A posh sounding young man phoned, from telpro marketing medical services. My partner was actually waiting for somebody to get back about a prescription ordered, so nearly got caught out. I really worry about the elderly and vulnerable.
