After several e-mails, they eventually coughed up £50.00 as a 'good will' gesture, but the total owing was over £250.00. My partner was adamant she never signed up for the service and today she finally got hold of the bill for July 2016 which proves this beyond doubt. This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and had has been placing calls over and over to us to the point of harassment. He has been told that we will not put his call through to the person he wishes to speak to as they dont want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through and then sits mimicking me down the phone line. He leaves the call connected so nobody else can call our number. The number 0203 655 7035 has connections to India and this is an Indian guy speaking.
