I was asked about my pension history and whether I had a PIP. If I did the government have announced that I should be able to reclaim over-charging, particularly if my pension pot was more than £10,000. I asked for details of their website and she gave me theirs where there is no reference to this. Also mention gov.co.uk (which is obviously gov.uk) and I can find no reference to what she said. Answered once and its about PPI. Told them I was not interested and he slammed the phone down. Then I got 12 calls from them in 3 days. If I answer again I just don t say anything and see how long it takes them to put the phone down.
