Indian lady in a noisy call centre, claimed to be 'BT Technical Services'. Said that there was a problem with my internet connection. I told them to carry on fixing it and cleared-down.
Must have been taken back off the SPAM Callers Blacklist, as just had a call from 02038960132, on the Landline. Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. Did they undertake breaking & entering, x-ray specs, or were beamed in by Scotty, he replied with 'Oh F*&$ Off you C*&$, I hope get cancer and die'!
Received a call from this number (07922591295). Its a scam. A voice telling us that we had an £800 on line gambling charge on our our Visa card in America that they (presumably Visa or our bank?) thought was suspicions and was on hold. To stop it we just needed to respond by pressing 1.

An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Told him I knew he was a scammer and he hung up before I could finish my sentence! As well as my phone number he had my name and address which he said was obtained from public available data - very worrying!

Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I told him I was suspicious of this call, he diverted me to another person who repeated the discount spiel. Asked why I'd be getting a discount, he said many complaints to O2 has led them to offer 'selected customers' a discount; I wouldn't have to give him any personal details, he would send me 2 texts. so I told him to sod off and disconnected the call. 28 Nov. 2022 (17:33) a chap with Indian accent called me claiming to be from BT to say that my computer may have been compromised and that he could check that for me if I switched it on and he ran a quick check. Complete nonsense of course and an attempted scam. He said he was calling from London but the area code is Falkirk (Scotland).
