Asian guy called claiming to be from the National Grid and wanted my details, including DOB, saying that power in my area was getting shutdown. An obvious SCAM.
SCAM Said it was HMRC. It was automated. It did njot state my tax payer reference number in the call either so do not believe it is genuine

Missed a call to my mobile from this unknown local Nottingham number. Suspicious as I haven't given my number to any but a handful of friends, and my doctor/dentist/pharmacy. No message left. Didnt introduce himself, asked for me by name, said he was calling about my debts ( I dont have any so knew he was lying) I asked him to tell me about my debts, he said I was to tell him. SCAM 'Warning' me about illegal activity using my NI number.
Called me and implied that they were operating on behalf of my estate agent and this was the 'next step' in the purchase of my new property. Tried to get my address details claiming that it was all part of 'data protection' - when I said 'heck no - I'm not giving you any details' then they doubled down on the the claim that they were operating on behalf of my estate. Very upsetting.

This person is an absolute nuisance and does not take no for an answer. Continuously calls my business landline. He called at least a dozen times yesterday.
