Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137528xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI / Back on track loans / accident chasers from Liverpool. I never rang back as I didn t recognise the number, but because I just getting new phone I thought I may of missed someone out my phonebook so I text back "Who s this???" to which I got no reply....hmmmmm

I asked him to remove my name and number from their list and then he put me onto someone else who was pushing the same agenda.
