We have had 3 calls within 5 mins, each person says that according to their industrial records I or a person at my address has worked in a factory in the past 20 years etc etc..... obviously they are cold calling to drum up legal claims trade!!!!!! Each time I tell them no one has worked in this sort of environment and each time they say they ll remove from their records and then surprise we get another call. TPS are absolutely useless!!!!!!!!

I decided to phone it back, and there was an automated computer voice (sounded a bit American) which said "I m sorry, an application error has occurred. Goodbye." Obviously a scam of some sort. FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change
