They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

Call center. Had half a dozen or so calls from similar numbers. Callers say they just need to ask a couple of questions for a survey. They usually mutter the company name although heard "family" mentioned. Have asked each time for my number to be removed from call list. It seems the TPS and the mobile specific one is useless! 01472 353009
This caller left a recorded message to say "to find out more about this case before we proceed to legal action press 1". If you press 1 you just get a repeat of the message. For the elderly like me this is quite frightening.
