As far as I am concerned all phone callers are potential con artist so I very rarely answer my phone these days. I've been receiving repeated calls from numbers in the range +44 1892 502868-887 for around 10 days now, several times a day. Often the calls stops ringing after just one ring. No voicemails have been left. When I try to call back I get a recorded message saying 'this person's phone is currently available, please try later'. I cannot find the owner of any of these numbers online.

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

Now what people don t understand, is that if you go onto the website and enter in your details, there is small print at the bottom with a consent
