Scam claiming to be from 'Windows Technical Support', dragged it out for almost 10mins trying to find my start button before telling him I was on a mac

Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

Called asking for me by name, then proceeded to laugh and hang up.

This is a unwanted one way incoming call, From a debt collector named CSL Credit Security Limited. They call you even if you don?t have any debts. They don?t leave a voicemail and when you call back it?s just a beeping tone. Also they call you on your Viber app at the same time.

caller wanted to confirm my post code and quoted my old postcode. I said "if you work for BT, you d know my correct postcode" She said she would check and call back, then hung up.

I received a call from this number it is listed as Commodore Hotel 50 Lancaster Gate London Bayswater London W2 3NA UK yet is unobtainable when you redial after yesterday receiving a call from 01234765043 scam call from a very similarly sounding person very suspicious

asked for me by name, asked if I d received my refund for ppi on a credit agreement, would not accept my answer that I ve never had one, said I must be lying as everyone has had credit, and my name is on her list and she s only trying to help me, when I asked her to remove my number she became very aggressive and said I was the one losing out, REALLY ?

House of Ladies ask for a police check. I am not sure of them. Perhaps someone can let me know if they are genuine. Usually a good agency as the type on this page should be good. Only the bad ones need a police check. I do not have their number but it can be looked up. They do not charge for admin or so their information states. As with 01252765294 this is a company called Erudio. Other people have said it s a student loan company and "has news of overpayment" how true this is I do not know. However their computer system is contacting me relentlessly and it s getting rather annoying!

Caller asked if I was having trouble with my internet. I said that I did not have internet (I lied). The caller immediately hung up.

Called this morning at 12.32 did not recognise the number let it ring then checked the number is from Hemel Hempstead no history on this number YET.

Called today at 3.15 and yesterday too. I let both go to answerphone but no message left of course. How can they keep doing this and interrupting people but nothing done about it.
