This was a missed call, so I called it back but just got the BT message "you've dialled an incorrect number" so it appears that at today's date, the number is not actually allocated and falsely used to hide the real number - Not sure how they do this and when are BT/Openreach going to stop this happening and clean up their system - the number displayed should be the actual number being used, ok, number blocking is another matter but should only be reserved for private numbers, going to gue

This number should belong to the First Target Recoveries (check more on http://www.firsttargetrecoveries.co.uk/) - a debt / loan company. They use this number as a green line - free-of-charge line for customers.

I'm registered with TPS (8 years ago!) This outfit is called Solar Panels Ltd; it is in Port Talbot, I think. Told them yesterday I wasn't interested; phoned again today. Both calls now reported to TPS. If enough people do this, it may stop them.

This number is Scottish power trying to sell their gas and electric!

Keep getting calls about an accident on this number. Can not call it back, just get a recorded message, which is the same as number leaves on voicemail. Avoid.

This caller knew my name (but not my correct surname- so not bonafide) and claimed that they had my information because I had been involved in an accident and they were handling the claim. I have not. And when I told the man this, he changed the tack and claimed that someone else had given me as as a contact for their own claim. Nonsense. No one would have done that, or know to do that (the mobile number is not readily available). Three hours later they rang again and, when I answered, hung up. H

I believe you were involved in a road traffic accident. Aye love it was horrible I was in a coma for weeks. Just one possible response. Love how they get excited when they hear tht.
