This is a scam number for "Electric Yorkshire". avoid at all costs, they overcharge and try to add extra hidden charges. Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny. Report and block their numbers, they don't turn up either.
I have been called twice in two days from “Cladding Companies” both from a Bishop Aukland number? I don’t answer unsolicited calls, I google. In addition I live miles from Bishop Aukland. Fraud - tried to get me to respond to an email he sent during our call. He wanted me to take out my money from cryptocurrency and put it into an account allegedly held by BSL financial, as my trading company was money laundering and lost their licence to trade. He was very convincing but I have contacts who investigated for me quickly and advised me NOT to reply or answer any further calls.
Claimed to be calling from 3 mobile offering an upgrade but when I said I didn't have a contract with 3 they hung up.

Called from "my bank security" telling me that my card (no ref to debit or credit )had been used for £300 to Amazon and over £1000 to an international transaction. Usual press 1, 2 etc. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a premium call no. and you will be charged upwards of £20 just for dialling and then a high charge per second. DO NOT ANSWER OR HANG UP.

This caller is not my doctor/ friend/work/family, so I simply have blocked them. unfortunately they pop up every day in the optimiser part of my phone despite me blocking their number.

PingScam Caller coming from a landline in an apartment block if they claim to be a company do not answer questions
This number is not secure, it is scammers pretending to be from O2, offering a 50% discount off your monthly bill. Tempting, obviously. They say a text will be sent to confirm this, followed by another text with a code to activate the offer. They will then ask you to repeat the code to them BUT doing this will allow them to take control over your account and possibly other info on your phone. Something didn't feel right so when they rang back for the code I didn't answer but googled O2 scams. Beware.

When told I work full time, received a copy and pasted answer about it being home-based which can be done at my convenience. Definitely not trustworthy.. One of those too good to be true scenarios but did eventually give up once I said I was not interested a couple of time

I have received phone calls from this number a few times so I called to tell them to stop calling. The call went to the answering machine message "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and wait for the next available agent" - no mention of company name (always a rubbish sign), I waited 5 minutes and they disconnected.

Clearly fraudsters trying to get money on basis of '' your bank / credit card has been used for a non authorised payment of £1100'' and encouragement to press option 1 to resolve the issue.
The caller had a very thick south Asian accent and claimed to be from "my network" - I didn't catch which one - and that I could benefit from an "offer". I cut the call and blocked the number.
